WELCOME

Welcome to STC School Programs. We are so pleased that you are interested in sharing the joy and transformative power of theatre education with your students. We remain committed to offering quality programming—virtual and in person—that brings theatre to the classroom and classrooms to the theatre.

We are pleased to offer three tiers of engagement based on your needs:

Student Matinee: Our matinee program invites students to see our professional productions performed just for them. Matinees are a great opportunity to introduce your students to live theatre and/or integrate it into your curriculum.

Workshops: We offer performance-based workshops on everything Shakespeare that are customizable and tailored to meet your goals. We also offer bilingual programming for English Language Learners. Virtual options are available.

Residency: Our highest level of engagement. Over the course of 10 sessions, an STC Teaching Artist will visit your classroom and work with your students to unpack Shakespeare plays or classic texts and rebuild them in a way that incorporates student perspectives in a culminating showcase.
